Immerse yourself. Discover. Experience. The Klosters Museum Trilogy

Immerse yourself in the vibrant history and traditional crafts of Klosters – three unique museums, perfectly combined for an eventful excursion.
Walser culture up close - At the Nutlihüschi, an original Walser building from the 16th century awaits you, furnished with historical furniture, tools, and everyday objects.
The cottage was built in 1565 by Christen Nutli, later lovingly restored by Fritz Schoellhorn, and donated to the municipality of Klosters by his son Georg Schoellhorn in 1954.
Tradition in motion - The Rohrmühle (Tube Mill) is the last remaining water-powered mill in Klosters. It is still functional today and operates on Friday afternoons in the summer from mid-July to mid-September.
The mill is a fascinating technological experience. You can see the power of the water that sets the large mill wheel in motion and watch the miller at work in the traditional way as he processes grain.
Flying sparks and craftsmanship - experience firsthand how the blacksmith works the glowing iron on the anvil and creates an object with his skilled hands. Listen to the rhythmic sounds of the hammer and smell the scent of hot metal and fire.
The third object can be found in Rüti, just outside Klosters. A faithful replica of the original forge has been recreated there. It complements the Klosters museum offerings.
Experience "hands-on history": From the Walser house, via the mill to the forge. Culture comes to life in our three museums. On Friday, July 25th, Friday, August 8th and Friday, August 15th all three museums will be open simultaneously from 2pm to 5pm.
